The Bible (Holy Scriptures) differs from all other books in the world in that it is the true Word of God, written through the Inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The Bible is the absolute Truth about God and man.
On the basis of Holy Scriptures we believe the sublime article of the Holy Trinity: That is, we believe that the one true God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

According to Holy Scriptures, God is perfect and holy. Mankind, on the other hand, is from conception sinful and, therefore, a slave to self, alienated from God by sin, avoiding God as if He were mankind's enemy. God the Father gave human beings His Law, the 10 Commandments. However, instead of keeping God's Law, man disobeys it both in thought and action, lending further proof that people are born in sin, helpless to remedy sin's tragedy in their lives. Moreover, the Bible says, "The wages of sin (sin's penalty for disobeying God's perfect Law) is eternal death."
Jesus the Messiah (Christ), God's only Son, took on human flesh and was the only Man to live without sin, perfectly keeping all the demands and commands of God the Father. He willingly offered this perfect life, suffering and dying on a cross, to pay the eternal penalty for the sins of all people. Through Jesus' sacrifice on behalf of fallen mankind God forgives (justifies-declares innocent) all who believe in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Jesus physically rose from the dead after three days, guaranteeing a glorified resurrection to all who believe in Him.
Christ now rules in heaven as King of Kings. On the Last Day, He will return to earth, raise all the dead, and bring true believers into eternal life in heaven. All unbelievers will be condemned, forever.
God the Holy Spirit works through His Word and through His Sacraments of Baptism (bringing new life in faith and grace) and the Lord's Supper (offering forgiveness, power and assurance in the true Body and Blood of Christ).
As a conservative, family-oriented church, we believe that all human life (from conception to natural death) is sacred, precious, and to be protected. According to the Scriptures, the basis of the family is the life-long marriage of a man and a woman, therefore all alternative sexual arrangements are against God's will.
Christians are called to live their faith through deeds of love towards others, witnessing to people that God's deep love for them in Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father of Life.
